On April 8, 2019, Henry Liao, managing partner of Schinders Law, presented on the Foreign Investment Law of the People's Republic of China (" Foreign Investment Law "), which was just passed on March 15, 2019. The presentation was hosted by KOTZ SANGSTER, a law firm located in Detroit, Michigan, the USA.

During the presentation, Henry firstly introduced the legislative background of the Foreign Investment Law. Then he outlined the new deployments of the Foreign Investment Law. At last, he pointed out the legislative blank of the Foreign Investment Law and predicted the relevant legislation in the future. The presentation was well received and there were positive feedbacks from the audience.
