Experience：

Miss Jiang graduated from South China Normal University with a Master of Law in 2017. After graduation, she has been practicing law in both litigation and non-litigation fields. Therefore, she is pretty familiar with litigation proceedings and is capable of writing various legal documents. Miss Jiang has handled many cases of civil, commercial, financial and property disputes , as well as non-litigation businesses including but not limited to conducting due diligence on non-performing assets, issuing legal opinions, drafting and reviewing contracts.

She has provided litigation and non-litigation legal services for the disposal of non-performing assets for several state-owned financial institutions; participated in the legal due diligence of disposal projects of non-performing asset packages; issued legal opinions on debt restructuring for state-owned asset management companies; provided litigation and enforcement services for state-owned asset management companies; provided litigation services and debt collection services of financial disputes for many state-owned banks; provided a variety of non-litigation legal services including but not limited to disposing non-performing assets, conducting due diligence, recovering non-performing assets and loans, disposing asset packages, and planning asset packaging for China's four major asset management companies, domestic and overseas banks, and international venture capital funds; and has been involved in many cases of loan disputes, contract disputes, lease disputes, property disputes, civil infringement, the relevant legal fields including but not limited to Contract Law, Company Law, Financial Law, Property Law, Labor Law and Infringement Law.
