Sophie Wang is a Bachelor of Laws of Xiangtan University and an LL.M of McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific.

She has provided litigation and non-litigation legal services for the disposal of non-performing assets for a number of state-owned financial institutions, conducted legal due diligence on non-performing asset package disposal projects; provided debt recovery services to state-owned asset management companies; provided litigation services for state-owned banks’ financial disputes; provided debt recovery services and other legal services for P2P platforms; acted as the legal counsel of Guangzhou universities, enterprises and individuals; handled many civil torts, financial disputes and other cases.

Her practicing areas include but not limited to contract, company governance, labor, real estate, unfair competition and tort.
