One of her landmark case regarding the disposal of non-performing assets is the transferring non-performing assets in value of approximately 2.4 billion from the China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd. to the Citibank. That is the first time the China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd. sells such a large scale of non-performing assets entirely to a foreign financial institution. Echo’s team has provided high-quality and efficient legal services for the project and received sound acknowledgement from both the China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd. and the Citibank.


Echo has dealt with a great amount of economic and civil cases during her practicing. She has represented a series of litigation cases on behalf of the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited against domestic guarantors for debts collection, the value of the debts exceed billion of RMB. Besides, as the legal counsel of companies and universities, she has a comprehensive understanding on the daily operation and legal compliance of companies.
