Henry Liao, managing partner of Schinders Law, has been selected by Guangzhou Politics and Law Commission as one of the think tanks in public risk assessments of major policies. Any decisions that are closely related to the interest of the public could be deemed as major decisions, for instance, the formulation of a new policy and the approval of a land expropriation plan.

Henry will assess the risks of major decisions of Guangzhou Municipal Government from the legal perspectives.
