Danhua is responsible for the management of the corporate team, and oversees  services that the corporate team renders.

Danhua worked in a prestigious international law firm, where she represented clients in offerings and private placements (including targeted private placements for large multinational companies/government agencies and initial and secondary public offerings); drafted and negotiated disclosure documents, securities underwriting agreements and relevant documents (legal opinions, certificates, etc.); represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of non-performing assets and incorporating joint ventures; drafted and negotiated purchase agreements and certain ancillary documents.

Danhua has abundant experience in advising clients on corporate, M&A, foreign direct investment, employment and intellectual property matters. Danhua specializes in all corporate related affairs, with a focus on foreign investment related legal issues.

Danhua also has extensive experience in contentious or non-contentious intellectual property matters, especially in the area of counterfeit products. Danhua is also known for her outstanding writing skills and sharp legal mind.
