As the leader of the legal and compliance teams, Winnie provides to management with legal analysis and advice on new laws and regulations related to the company business, especially data and privacy protection laws, provide legal support to have the company comply with the new laws such as Personal Information Protection Law, Data Cross Border Transfer Security Assessment Rules, etc., including providing legal advice, revise relevant company policies and procedures, formulate implementation scheme for data cross border transfer security assessment and prepare relevant application documents, etc.
