Schinders Law contributed a practical note concerning establishment of financial institutions in China to Thomson Reuters in August. 2019. The practical note was drafted by Mr. Henry Liao and Mr. William Deng. The practical note introduced the trend of financial industry, the requirements of establishing of financial institutions, commonly used legal structure of financial institutions, restrictions on the ownership of financial institutions, qualifications of executives of financial institutions and other relevant matters.
